Quota for G-B students to be implemented

Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Syed Mehdi Shah met Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah on Thursday to discuss plans for the implementation of a quota of seats for the students from his region. Senior Minister for Education Pir Mazharul Haq was also present. Qaim assured Mehdi that such a quota would be fully maintained and implemented and the senior minister for education was briefed about the number of seats to be reserved for students from Gilgit-Baltistan. Both the chief executives also discussed matters of mutual interest and the current political situation in the country. the news
